OPEN POSITIONS
LAWN MAINTENANCE TEAM LEADER
Lawn Maintenance Team Leaders provide weekly mowing service to our commercial customers during the growing season. They also do our spring and fall cleanups at the beginning and end of the growing season. As team leaders they direct 2 to 4 team members to do our work efficiently and safely to the expectations of Milestone and Milestone accounts.
Requirements
- 1 year experience preferred, but we will train qualified applicants.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to operate equipment, vehicles, etc. proficiently and safely.
- Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds.
Pay
- 40 hours/week with overtime opportunities
LAWN MAINTENANCE TEAM MEMBER
Lawn Maintenance Team Members work with 2 to 4 team members to provide weekly mowing service with the guidance of their Team Leader to our commercial customers during the growing season. They also do our spring and fall cleanups at the beginning and end of the growing season. As part of the team, they work together to do our work efficiently and safely to the expectations of Milestone customers.
Requirements
- 1 year experience preferred, but we will train qualified applicants.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to operate equipment, vehicles, etc. proficiently and safely.
- Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds.
Pay
- 40 hours/week with overtime opportunities
FERTILIZER TECHNICIAN
Fertilizer Technicians provide a service to our commercial and residential customers by making regular lawn applications and performing service calls to diagnose and correct problems. Technicians routinely communicate with new and existing customers about expectations and can recommend services that will enhance their lawns.
Requirements
- State of Iowa pesticide applicators license. T certification minimum.
- 1 year experience preferred, but we will train qualified applicants.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to operate equipment, vehicles, etc. proficiently and safely.
- Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds.
Pay
- 40 hours/week with overtime opportunities
LANDSCAPE BUILD TEAM MEMBER
Landscape Build Team Members work with 2 to 4 team members guided by their Team Leader to build and install landscapes. Installing includes hardscape features like patios and retaining walls. It also includes installing softscape features like perennials and tree planting. Our landscape team also handles our seeding projects. As part of the team, they work together to do our work efficiently and safely to the expectations of Milestone customers.
Requirements
- 1 year experience preferred, but we will train qualified applicants.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to operate equipment, vehicles, etc. proficiently and safely.
- Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds.
